Refund and cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions on Studio Znak, including downloadable digital products such as templates, projects, presets, and other digital assets for video editing and post-production.
1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & CANCELLATION
1.1 SUBSCRIPTION TERM
Subscription access is provided on a recurring basis (yearly) . Your subscription is active for the period covered by your subscription fee (plus applicable taxes, where relevant).
1.2 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Unless you cancel before the next billing date, your subscription will renew automatically and the renewal fee will be charged to your selected payment method at the then-current rate.
1.3 HOW TO CANCEL
You can email us (info@studioznak.com) and request to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, your access remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
1.4 ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
When your subscription ends, access to subscription content and features may be restricted or revoked, including the ability to re-download subscription items.
1.5 PAYMENTS AND TAXES
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated based on rules applicable to the transaction.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 REFUNDS FOR ONE-OFF DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES (SINGLE ITEM PURCHASES)
Digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product is delivered or made available for download or access, because digital content cannot be “returned.”
Exceptions — we may approve a refund (or replacement / store credit, at our discretion) if:
- Defective or corrupted files: the file is broken, incomplete, or cannot be used as intended, and we cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time;
- Wrong item delivered: you received a different product than the one purchased;
- Duplicate charge / duplicate purchase: you were charged twice for the same order or item;
- Unauthorized transaction: subject to verification and evidence.
Non-refundable situations include (examples):
- change of mind after download/access;
- purchasing the wrong item due to your own mistake;
- the product does not fit your specific workflow/style preferences;
- lack of compatibility due to your environment (software version, plugins, system requirements), unless the product page contained incorrect information.
2.2 REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may request a subscription refund only if both conditions are met:
- you cancel within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal (“Refund Period”); and
- during the Refund Period you did not download, access, or use any subscription content (including any export/generation features, if available).
If subscription content was downloaded/accessed/used during the Refund Period, the subscription is not refundable, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
